sherpa’s book of the week: 23 days in july

In light of the bad luck befuddling our cycling heroes last Tour, I highly encourage anyone with a passion for Lance, cycling, pure competition or a great story full of colorful intrigue, passion and attaining one’s ultimate goals, I highly encourage my fair readers to seek out a copy of 23 Days in July. This tells the story of Lance’s 2004 Tour de France. John Wilcockson is an outstanding writer and brings the tension of the event to life with stories from what ultimately became Lance’s 6th Tour de France victory in a row. (Yes he did come back and win it again the next year making it 7 in a row.)
